Well friends, another Christmas is here. It's been one hell of a year to say the least. I for one am looking forward to next year and seeing where the tumbleweed is going to roll. Happy Holidays to you and yours! Be Safe, Eat lots and Have Fun! Now I'm going to sit back with Sushi, watch High School Musical 2 for the fifth time and eat some Christmas candy.
Merry Christma-hanu-kwanza,

Butter Boy
Here is another fun gift idea that will not break the bank! It's also one of those products that make you say, "damn why didn't I think of that!" or "I invented that when i was a kid except I used to use a tennis ball can!" In case none of you knew, I did invent "aqua-fresh" toothpaste at the age of 9. BUt that besides the point...
Check out this link for a great sub $10 gift...

V W future camper
For those of you who know me, you remember "Mary" my old VW Vanagon. I used to think that nothing could ever replace that van. That was until I saw this Vid of a concept VW Van of the future. Very cool.

Happy Holidays!
This year, Agi and I agreed that gift giving would be simple, creative and most important...inexpensive. At the end of an incredible year, we wanted to get back to basics and remember what the Holidays are about...having holiday fun with family and friends. So, in the spirit of a fun, creative and AFFORDABLE holiday season, here is a holiday gift idea that fits all of that criteria!

The Ring of Death
For those of you who game, you are probably saying "DAAAMMMMNNN!" or "Oh that sucks!" or maybe even "I told him to get a PlayStation 3". Well regardless what you are may have been thinking in your head, I have thought of worse if not the same things. One thing for sure is that I added a few more expletives, mostly starting with "F" and ending in "K".
For those of you who are not gamers, what you see above is what Microsoft imaginatively refers to as "Three Flashing Red Lights on the Xbox 360 Ring of Light" or what gamers have more concisely termed "The Ring of Death."
Xbox officially describes the cause of the ROD to be a "hardware failure". The customer service representative (who apparently had a wicked cold cause he kept sneezing and sniffling as we spoke on the phone) informed me that a common cause for this "failure" is due to overheating. He informed me that if my Xbox is plugged into a surge protector or extension cord, this could cause the console to overheat. So his suggestion was to plug the Xbox console directly into the wall and consider an cooler for the console.
This quick diagnosis was promptly followed by a service request number and he informed me that Xbox will repair and/or replace my system free of charge. Easy as that, no questions asked. Thanks Bill! If only everything were so easy!
So all you Xbox-ers out there, make sure to unplug your consoles from your well intentioned surge protectors. I'm going to look into getting an intercooler (nyko has a good one) once I get my repaired console back in about 3 to 5 weeks. Until then, see you on the PSP!

ice cream run!
What better way to end a healthy day of working out, bike riding, and a wholesome dinner than with ICE CREAM!!! Agi got a Reese's pieces sundae and I am enjoying a classic pralines and cream on a sugar cone. NOICE! If it counts for anything...we did ride our bikes there.

So now what?
I do enjoy writing and journaling. Although I haven't written regularly for quite a while. At the same time, I have never let anyone read stuff that I have written let alone comment on the stuff I write.
So I guess I'll just write, post pics and vids and see what happens.
