Introducing...Potato Chip

Wow alot happens in a year! My last post was on my 40th birthday! And this post is almost a year and a month later. What's new you may ask?

Agi and I are going to be Mommy and Daddy!

That is the baby's heartbeat!

These pics are from our second ultrasound. Hopefully it won't be another year until my next post. Blame Facebook.

Hello! I'm still here...

Wow!  It sure has been a long time since I have been on this blog.  Things have been so crazy that I haven't had time to post anything.  Anyway I read somewhere that "blogging" is dead and social networking like "Twitter" and "Facebook" is the future (at least the near future).  I'm inclined to agree with that.  Its just so much easier to post a quick status message and "Presto!" you are updated and connected.

Anyways.  Highlights since my last post...

  1. I turned 40.
  2. Yes, 40.
  3. I now have 24 personal training clients and loving it.
  4. Even though I love training people (see above) I still kinda dread waking up at 5 am.
  5. Maxine got "Old Dog Vestibular Syndrome".  But is ok now.
  6. Agi got us an awesome 40 inch flat screen!  Thanks babe!
  7. We got a SWEEEET expresso machine for Christmas!  Thanks Mom and Dad.
  8. Agi makes the best double, soy lattes.
  9. Did I mention I turned 40?

Sushi's BDAY!!!!

Spent the weekend in West Palm Beach for my niece's 3rd birthday.  I am going to let some of the pictures from the day show how much fun we all had.  We all had a great time watching Mia and her guests enjoy swimming in the pool, a bounce house, tattoos (stick on kind) and even snow cones!  All the grown ups got awesome Philippino food thanks to Nana Rachel!  I ate so much food that I can't even think about it again without feeling full.  But best of all, Nana Cheryl and Cousin Taylor (aka Tay Tay) were able to come all the way from Washington to enjoy the awesome weekend with us!

Enjoy the pics!  Now where is the alka seltzer?

Mia going for the gold in the Bounce House.

Me and Moms.

Sushi wearing the latest fashion, Tutu with Camelback.  Who says you can't look great and stay hydrated at the same time!

Umm.  No more cake for Dad.

Uncle Justin and Dad rockin' "Go Diego Go" tats courtesy of "Mia Ink"

Cousin Tay Tay trying to add up how many slices of pizza I ate throughout the day.

Me and My girls.  And that's not zinc oxide on my nose!  Thanks, Sush!

Me and NaNa Cheryl.  I really like this pic!

Sushi and her Moms (aka. My sister Kim).

So much to write...but not much to say

I just wrote down a lot of nothin'.  Then deleted it.  And this is my second attempt at trying to write somethin' and still comin' up with nothin'.  (sigh).

So I guess I'll just let the gods of "Writers Block" have their way with me tonight.

But before I go, I will make this promise to those of you who actually visit my humble little place on the web.  I promise to post on the following:

  1. My new career as a personal trainer
  2. Our awesome trip to Seattle, WA and Portland, OR.
  3. Anything that pertains to our relocation to the above mentioned cities.
  4. Anything else that is funny, challenging and otherwise part of my ongoing tumbling.
Until then...Tumble on,
