We have been in Portland now for the last three days. I actually took
this picture on the first morning we were here. It was taken from the
famous "Powell's Bookstore". But despite when I took the picture, it
pretty much sums up our morning activities.

Turning in after another super chill Sunday. My only regret is not getting around to watching those Kung-fu movies.

Trying to get past the first 20 minutes of "Apocalypto" without falling asleep. But considering the hour, it doesn't look good.

Some of the most annoying things in life are completely avoidable. Like waking up with dry, crusty eyes because you fell asleep with your contacts in.

I just got back from the grocery store. Is it me or is the healthier the food, the more expensive the cost? Damn!
Another day, another lesson
We are here at the dog park. It's a beautiful day. Breezy and warm.
Girls are gonna sleep good tonight. I was in a pretty deep funk
yesterday (sorry Agi). I feel pretty bad about that. But being outside
today is clearing out the fog. Thanks for being you, Babe. I
appreciate you very much. I love you. Thanks hurricane Ike for
creating a beautiful day. Thanks Ripley and Max for showing me what
unconditional love looks like. Gotta go, Max just brought back the
ball. I guess there are some conditions...

Mobile post test.
This a test of my mobile post set up. I got an iPhone (awesome)
recently and I am reconfiguring everything. It's amazing how dependent
we have become on our phones. It's to the point that getting a new
phone seems to involve all the adjustments and compromises of starting
a new relationship!

Anyhow, let's see if this works. It has been a awhile since I have
posted anything but my home computer really sucks and it has a way if
taking away all inspiration. Hopefully my new phone will fill the void
somehow.
I almost forgot. I took the picture above with my phone. It's called
"Putting caution to the wind".
